LEED Services

As a part of our Sustainability Services, Ecological provides a suite of LEED services for buildings interested in achieving LEED certification. Ecological provides comprehensive sustainable design, construction, operations, and maintenance project management services to assist with all aspects of the LEED certification process, for both Existing Buildings and New Construction. From initial goal setting, to implementation, to managing the certification process, Ecological’s LEED services will ensure that your project achieves the highest, most cost-effective level of certification appropriate for your organization while being properly branded and recognized in the marketplace.

Energy Star Services

Ecological also provides Energy Star services in conjunction with our Benchmarking & Compliance Services. As part of the benchmarking process, Ecological inputs all energy usage data into the Energy Star Portfolio Manager program to determine a building’s score. For buildings that qualify for Energy Star with a score of 75 or higher, Ecological will complete the filing necessary to be designated with an Energy Star label. For buildings that score below a 75, Ecological will perform an in-depth analysis to identify cost efficient opportunities for improvement that will allow the building to achieve a higher score and earn an Energy Star label.
